Delivery & Returns
Not all items are in stock at all times. As soon as your order is received we will let you know within 2 business days when it will ship. If the item(s) not in stock please allow the 2-6 weeks, or as advised for your pieces to be made.
Artworks will be Deliver using Hong Kong Post. Flat fee for orders within Hong Kong is HKD 80. Furnitures and accessories are free delivery. For international shipping please contact us for a customised quote at email@example.com
If you would like to purchase a courier delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on international orders.
During peak holiday periods, such as Christmas, please allow up to an additional delivery time.
It is customer’s obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. We are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. Please contact us directly at email@example.com and we’ll assist any way we can.
We check each piece carefully before shipping it to our customers. However, as all our pieces are carefully crafted by hand, there might be slight variances in size, colour, texture etc that we do not consider defects, but rather the uniqueness of an artisanal product.
All sales are final. Any returns or refunds are at our discretion. We are not obliged to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind, however you can refund or exchange an item if it has a major problem or unsafe.
It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our postal address in its original undamaged condition. Please return the items, carefully packaged to prevent any breakages, to Workshop 7C, Superluck Ind., Centre, 57 Sha Tsui. Road, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong
If your item(s) had arrived broken, please email us a photo of the broken goods as it had arrived in the packaging within 48 hours of receipt. We can either arrange a replacement or a credit voucher into your account, according to your preference.
WING STUDIO. will not take responsibility for any breakages after the order has been delivered in good condition.
